Lasagna

I have 5 mouths to feed and they all require different diets. Luckily i can easily handle this! One regular lasagna and a smaller keto or low carb lasagna.

Keto/lowcarb lasagna with herb cottage cheese 🤤

2.25 lbs ground beef

1 onion

10 cloves of garlic. (Yes that’s right)

2 jars 15 oz pasta sauce

16 oz shredded mozzarella

1 cup Parmesan cheese

16 oz cottage cheese

1/4 cup fresh herbs (i used Greek oregano, basil and Italian parsley)

8 oz cream cheese

8-12 lasagna noodles

1 tbsp garlic powder

1/2 tbsp onion powder

1 tbsp Italian seasoning

1 tsp salt and pepper

Brown the ground beef with the onion and garlic. Drain grease. Mix the fresh herbs with the cottage cheese.

Just layer the lasagna and bake on 375. 30 minutes for the keto lasagna and 45 min for the regular. Enjoy!
