RECIPE
2 lbs Italian sausage
24 oz green beans (fresh, raw)
2 cups mozzarella
15 oz alfredo sauce
3/4 cup Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp Italian seasoning
1 tbsp garlic powder
1/2 tbsp onion powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
Wash and clip your green beans and lay them out on a baking sheet. Spray them with avocado oil and season with garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning and salt and pepper. Sprinkle with half the Parmesan cheese. Cook your Italian sausage and add that to the top of the green beans. Top with cheese then Alfredo sauce and the rest of the Parmesan. Bake on 375° for 25-30 min. Enjoy!
