
Midwest meatballs. For dinner I’m adding broccoli into the sauce and then also adding rice as an option for the cheese sauce to drizzle over.
Ingredients:
2 packages brats or 2 bags frozen meatballs
16 oz dark beer
16 oz Velveeta
1 can cream of chicken
Can cook in crockpot or on low on the stove for a quicker dinner! Enjoy! Optional: use French baguette cut into slices for dippers for an appetizer. Add broccoli into sauce and serve with rice!

This looks good. I’m not real big on Velveeta but I figure what you eat once in a while is a really what bothers me. If I had to eat it every day I may not terribly love it but I think it’s the perfect kind of cheese for what you just made.
