
Mix together
3/4 cup warm water
1 tsp sugar
and 1 tsp yeast
Set aside for 10 min until bubbly. In a mixer or bowl add:
270g or 2 1/4 cup bread flour
1 1/2 tsp kosher salt
Add your water/yeast mixture to the flour and 2 tbsp olive oil.
Mix into a sticky dough. Plop that dough into a well oiled and non stick pan with high edges. Gently press your fingertips into dough with oil and set aside for 15 min. Dimple again with oil and repeat 15 min until the dough reaches the edges of the pain. Then wait 30 min. Add your cheese all the way to the edges, then your toppings, drizzle sauce over the top and bake on 550° for 15 min OR until brown and crispy. You’ll be able to tell. Enjoy!

I appreciate all the work you put into filming your recipes and then posting them.
I love so much of what you make. Some things I want to try, however, I have allergies so I can’t eat a few things that you make. But I have loved making what I can. (:
