Brooke’s Famous Ranch

This is of those recipes that keep evolving and can change to fit your lifestyle easily with just a few main ingredients. This version is a keto/low-carb version

1 TBSP garlic paste

½ tsp garlic powder

½ tsp parsley

½ tsp dill weed

½ tsp black pepper

½ tsp paprika

1 tsp pink Himalayan salt

1 tsp lemon juice

¾ cup sour cream

¾ cup dukes mayo

½ -3/4 cup of heavy cream

Add all seasonings and garlic paste  to an airtight container.  Add in lemon juice, mayo, and sour cream.  Depending how runny you like the dressing add in more or less of the heavy cream.  Using a whisk, mix together ingredients well and store in fridge up to a week.
