Cowboy Butter Meatloaf

RECIPE:

2 lbs 80/20 ground beef

2 eggs

3/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese 

1 small onion grated or chopped fine

3 tbsp cowboy butter seasoning 

1 tbsp tomato paste

2 tsp smoked paprika 

2 tbsp Italian seasoning 

1 tbsp parsley 

1 tsp pepper

Salt to taste 

Miss all together and form into loaf.  Bake for 40 min on 375.  Then add:

Glaze

1/8 cup Worcestershire sauce 

1 tbsp brown sugar or swerve

1-2 drops liquid smoke

1 tbsp tomato paste 

1 tbsp apple cider vinegar 

Bake for 20 more minutes and Enjoy!
